Default Robinson set to practice this week

I saw this on channel 2 last Wednesday or so (6 o clock news). Says he could have played week 2, so he feels good. Will play next week. Did anyone else see this?

He hopes to play next week. He still hasn't gone up against a live WR. So they will have to see where he's at before they decide to make him active for next week. It sounds like there's a chance, but I wouldn't get too excited. Even if he's active he'll probably be down the depth chart, just because he's back on the field doesn't mean he won't be rusty. He will be. It will probably take most of the rest of this season to get back.

Yes he'll be rusty but you underestimate the motivation. This may be the most motivating of all motivations. Contract year

It will be good to have D-Rob back, if only in certain situations. He is a team leader.

on 610AM kubiak said d-rob was likely headed to the field this week against detroit, although under a play count. this has to be a huge boost to the whole team from practice squad to owner.

What a great time to get him back. Dunta being back and excited will pick up the entire team when he is on the practice field. I saw him bear hug Andre at the end of the game Sunday. He is one of those guys who hates losing. I think seeing him out there will pick everyone up.

Pound for pound, the toughest guy in the NFL and one of my very favorites for sure. Isn't the upcoming offseason Dunta's to go into FA ? I just hope he comes back and is playing at or near peak by year end such that McNair has to make him wealthy beyond his wildest dreams to keep him in Houston.
Welcome back D-Rob and the very best of luck in your abbreviated 2008 season !
