Texans sign 5 draft choices

According to the chron.com the Texans have signed 5 of the 8 guys drafted.

They have signed their 4th to 6th round picks. That leaves only three guys to sign.

The collective bargaining agreement appears to have made the process of signing the draft picks go much smoother than in the past.
