Probably not a coincidence that the Browns game is in December, in the latter part of the season. Though I have no idea how many games Deshaun Watson will be suspended, if any.

Not a fan of getting a division opponent in Week 1, but whatev. Having the last three games of the season be division opponents is *chef's kiss*.

Doesn't seem like a particularly hard schedule, but a lot will depend on just how improved Davis Mills is from the encouraging finish he had last season, plus how well the new defensive components gel into a useful unit.

If nothing else, there's a least a tad more hopefulness looking at the 2022 season at this point than there ever was in 2021.

The thing I like about Davis Mills was the accuracy. He had several games where he was like 15/17 in the first half and I think one game where he did that in the second half. Not all were dink 'n dunk or gimmes. They seemed to let him stretch it out a bit as they got more confidence in him. You can do a lot and go far with an accurate QB.

Expectations can backfire sometimes but I think 7 or 8 wins would show progress.... Gotta win the close ones but sometimes a team has trouble getting over that hump...
