Joe Webb to IR
Our quarterback for almost the entire pre-season, Joe Webb, was carted off the field late Thursday night. Per Ian Rappaport, O'Brien says he has a foot injury and will be put on IR. My man, Tyree Jackson was cut by the Bills. I'd certainly try to add him to develop.
