Texans send #23 and #55 (1,110 pts) to Carolina for #16 and #100 (1,100 pts).
I think I would pull the trigger on that...assuming the guy at #16 is going to be an impact player for years to come.

I tried the above trade with Carolina, but they wouldn't send me pick #100. They did make the trade sending me their 4th rounder along with #16 (1,064 pts total). This is how the first 4 rounds went...
