If I were to assess blame for this year it would all be on BOB. He pretty clearly made the choices that led to Hoyer being our QB.
Going forward, will be interesting what all the changes are.
I'm not in the trade Foster camp. By the end of the year top 3 draft picks for past two years started to show some promise.
