The Houston Texans have signed free agent Brian Peters to the 53-man roster. Peters went to Northwestern and spent time in Iowa Barnstormers and the Saskatchewan Roughriders for three years before landing with the Minnesota Vikings.
Peters spent time with the Vikings during training camp and appeared in four games racking up 8 tackles, two pass deflections and two interceptions.
There will be corresponding moves to add Peters.
