That's 3 holding calls on OL. Everyone helping out best they can. Lechlers punt into endzone doesn't hurt either.
I guess refs throw all these flags because if no penalties they are scared Texans might win.
Seems both of those defensive penalties kinda ticky-tack. But hey Colts are winning.
