buried this in a rant I had about Reeves sucking, but when a team blows as many UFA signings (those for more than the vet min) as this team has, then someone in the pro scouting department needs to go.
That someone is probably Bobby Grier, the associate director of pro scouting, the man responsible for pro scouting with the Texans since the beginning (and the man with the Pats before they started winning Super Bowls).
