I agree that back spasms can be pretty bad sometimes. I had an episode a few years ago after a fall. I had spasms so bad that not only could I not walk, I couldn't even stand up. I had to lie down in the back seat of my car just to be able to see the doctor.
He gave me muscle relaxers and a few days later I felt pretty good. A month later it was like it had never happened. So I wouldn't be surprised if Brown is good to go in a few days.
