I think it more likely indicates that they wanted an upgrade in the kick return game and they thought the 6th round is good value for that. I would be nervous if I was Andre Davis. Especially with committments made to Walter and Anderson in the past two offseasons.
I seem to recall Henson being a late-round long-shot that payed off handsomely with that sweet trade to Dallas for what, a 3rd round pick ?
Hollings on the other hand wasn't a late-round long-shot, he was a high-round (2nd ?) long-shot which is not what I'm talking about here. Casserly definitely screwd-up big-time on that move.
