This isn't the 70's where time is on your side to build slowly and methodically. Todays NFL is fast paced and teams turn around quickly with a good coach that can gameplan and evalute talent. Sean Peyton is just 1 of many that have done it. Go ahead and bring up 2-14. At some point you have to let go of the loser mentality and hold this team to a higher standard at the beginning and the end of the season.
I'm happy that the Texans went 9-7 and got there first winning season. But I expect more out of this team.

Wow, like that hyperbole, dontcha?
Loser mentality? LOL. Is it a loser mentality to prefer 9-7 over 7-9?
If you read the whole post, you would've seen me mention they need to improve in the division. But the division is not all that. If they would have went 0-6 in the division and went 10-0 outside the division, they'd be in the playoffs. If they had won just one more game, they would be in the playoffs - doesn't matter where the W comes from....
I don't "demand" anything from this team. I don't control anything they do. I watch for entertainment purposes only. If they play like knuckleheads that's their problem. If they lose, I don't hold my breath and turn blue or get pissed.
It does no good. But I don't disparage anybody that does. If you want to get on an internet forum and rant against a team that done "done ya wrong", then have at it. If it keeps ya from kicking your dog or slapping your kid, be my guest...
