I agree Foster is not a power back compliment. I thought he looked very good as a runner, but he runs with less power and less ability to move the pile than slaton. He can make people miss, but he definitely isn't a power guy. I like him more than moats though because he shows good patience in a system that rewards it.
We are still without a short yardage back. Brown runs with good power, but he runs high and isn't an ideal short yardage guy. Short yardage is not about size. Marcus Allen was probably the best short yardage guy of all time because he ran low and hit the hole hard. We may fare a little better in the redzone with Brown, but it will still not be a strength.
