No nepotism, no Denver connection.

We are down to the strength and conditioning coach.

I don't get the deal with the nepotism and Denver hang up from our fans. Do you guys really think that every NFL coach and GM does not hire from within their own circle of personal friends? They all fall into one of a few coaching trees and hire their own.

Just Like Casserly hired all ex Redskins to work in the background for us, and Capers hired guys he had worked with before. That is how it is done by most people.

I don't either. Kubiak was in Denver as a player and then coach for a very long time. The way most coaches move around he got a chance to work with a lot of different guys in Denver who also worked in a lot of different places. Damn near every hire for assistant in the NFL has some connection to the coaches already on staff or with someone in the front office.

In the very small pool of NFL coaches it's hard to find someone you don't have a connection to.

But, does DICK Justice approve?

probably not, the guy is married. ;)

Actually, Dickie wouldn't have time for him. Dickie's too busy with his best bud Skip Bayless.:)
