Could Texas Be An "Arizona Plan" for the NFL?

Major League Baseball is considering a plan that would bring all 30 teams to the Phoenix, AZ area, keep them isolated in area hotels, and shuttle them among the 10 spring training camps and Chase Field to begin their season in a controlled situation with no fans and the games carried on tv so they can honor their tv contracts even if they have to sacrifice the live gate.

What if the NFL did the same thing?

You'd need to find a place with 16 NFL-compatible football fields in a geographic location. Could Texas be that place?

Consider:
NRG Stadium - Houston
Rice Stadium - Houston
TDECU Stadium (U of Houston) - Houston
Kyle Field (Texas A&M) - College Station
Alamodome - San Antonio
Bobcat Stadium (Texas State) - San Marcos
Royal-Memorial Stadium (U of Texas) - Austin
McLane Stadium (Baylor) - Waco
AT&T Stadium - Arlington
Amon Carter Stadium (TCU) - Fort Worth
Gerald Ford Stadium (SMU) - Dallas
Toyota Stadium - Frisco
Eagle Stadium - Allen

Some stadiums can double up as day and night games plus one place can be re-used on Monday nights. Teams can be bussed among any of these sites within 6-7 hours. It's not ideal but it is doable and it preserves the season. Perhaps this is done for the pre-season and the arly weeks of the season, returning to normal operations by October.

I hope the NFL simply operates as normal but with some cities suffering worse than Texas or have governors not interested in returning businesses to normal, an alternative like this may be what the NFL might have to do.
