At #61 still on my board....The Colts trade out

OLB Eli Harold Virginia
WR Jaelen Strong Az State
OT T.J. Clemmings Pittsburgh
WR Tyler Lockett Kansas St
WR Rashad Greene Fla State
QB Bryce Petty Baylor

OC Ali Marpet Hobart
OLB Owamagbe Odighizuwa UCLA
NT Grady Jarrett Clemson
DE Xavier Cooper Wash State
RB David Johnson N. Iowa

Roy P 05-01-2015 09:25 PM

The Colts really REALLY could have used Marpet to play Center for the rest of Andrew Luck's career. I am not happy with Ryan Grigson.

D'Joun Smith to the Colts...ugh! Fire Grigson.

chuck 05-01-2015 09:40 PM

Maybe I should adopt a second team like everyone else, you know, increase my odds some.

I liked the Colts when we had Eric Dickerson.....before the Texans had a Franchise. I can't help it if they are in the same division. Since I live here, they are my favorite team when they don't play my Colts.

Roy P 05-01-2015 09:51 PM

The Seahawks give up the farm to trade up for Tyler Lockett. He might be worth it. :(

Arky 05-01-2015 09:51 PM

Texans on the clock - trade-up!

Texans take Jaelen Strong!

chuck 05-01-2015 09:52 PM

That's a Strong pick!

Roy P 05-01-2015 09:52 PM

Pick #70

OLB Eli Harold Virginia
WR Jaelen Strong Az State
OT T.J. Clemmings Pittsburgh
WR Rashad Greene Fla State
QB Bryce Petty Baylor
DE Henry Anderson Stanford
OLB Owamagbe Odighizuwa UCLA
NT Grady Jarrett Clemson
DE Xavier Cooper Wash State
RB David Johnson N. Iowa
FS Alex Carter Stanford
RB Jay Ajayi Boise St

My board when the Texans select Jaelen Strong. I'm pleased with this.

You're from Kentucky, right? I figured Indy was the closest team to where you grew up save the Tacks but that you had too much self-respect to be a Tennessee fan.

chuck 05-01-2015 09:55 PM

Posey to the Jets? I guess now we'll find out if he can actually play. I suspect he can. There must have been some sort of attitude issue with him.

Yeah, there wasn't a team in Tennessee when I was growing up. It was either the Colts or Bungles.

chuck 05-01-2015 10:01 PM

Uh-oh. According to what I read Strong isn't twitchy.

popanot 05-01-2015 10:03 PM

The Texans are clearly targeting certain players in this draft and not waiting for the draft to come to them. Might only end up 5 or 6 players this draft. I'm not going to be surprised to see them trade into the 4th RD somehow to get another guy they want (hopefully Duke Johnson).

painekiller 05-01-2015 10:05 PM

I like the Strong pick. Shocked he was still on the board.

Pretty sure they would have to dig into '16 picks to do so. I think they've only got comp picks left.

Trader Rick has dealt every remaining non-compensatory pick except 235 I think it is, their seventh round selection.

Roy P 05-01-2015 10:12 PM

Tevin Coleman and Owamagbe Odighizuwa off the board. I would rather have David Johnson and Anthony Chickillo. I am flabbergasted that Eli Harold is still available.
