Texans to go for the FG.

22 yarder by K Brown is good.

Bills 7, Texans 6

Big Texas 11-01-2009 01:09 PM

The shovel to Kevin should have been on 2nd down.

Arky 11-01-2009 01:12 PM

Oh no, Bills bring the kickoff all the way back to the Texan 34....

Lynch for -2 on the dump. 2nd and 12 at the Texan 36 coming up.

2 minute warning.

chuck 11-01-2009 01:14 PM

"Two of the better special team coaches in the league here." Next to the poor play of the ST units game after game this is what infuriates me about Marciano, everyone is constantly on his schlong. And based on what, his unit's giving up a 70 yard return and his unit's negating two good returns with penalties? Etc.?

The sooner that guy is gone the happier I'll be.

Arky 11-01-2009 01:16 PM

Lynch for about 5. 3rd and 7 coming up.

chuck 11-01-2009 01:34 PM

I can live with being down by 4 after a terrible half of football. As someone else said, if the Texans were playing a decent team they'd be down by four touchdowns at this point.

But given the team's second half performances this year I can't say I'm overflowing with optimism at the moment.

HPF Bob 11-01-2009 01:35 PM

So, how many bullets do the Texans have with which to shoot themselves in the foot? If they can stop killing themselves, they might just win this.

Arky 11-01-2009 01:36 PM

I think they can pound it... Moats looks good.. C Brown looks slow.. Slaton should get another chance.....

WMH 11-01-2009 01:37 PM

Our history indicates that we will DOMINATE the 2nd half. Let's hope history proves true.

Arky 11-01-2009 01:38 PM

Texans kickoff and the Bills brings it out to their 37.

Lynch for about 3. 2nd and 7.

Deep pass to TO goes inc. 3rd and 8 coming up.

Dump to Lynch is short of the 1st down so the Bills to punt.

Punt goes into the endzone so Texans ball at their own 20.

TheMatrix31 11-01-2009 01:48 PM

Don't make mistakes in the Red Zone here!

chuck 11-01-2009 01:50 PM

PLEASE tell me that was not a designed QB draw. Please tell me.

Arky 11-01-2009 01:50 PM

C Brown rumbles to the 5. 2nd and goal.

No one open so Schaub scrambles out at the 4. 3rd and goal coming up.

Not sure what that was... QB draw? Schaub sacked -3.

Texans to go for the FG.

26 yarder is good.

Fitzgerald scrambles for short gain but flag on the play... Holding Bills - half the distance... 2nd and 13 coming up.

Pass to TO good for 10. 3rd and 3 coming up.

3rd down pass to Lynch off his hands so Bills to punt.

JJ tackled immediately at the Texan 27. Texans ball.

TheMatrix31 11-01-2009 01:58 PM

Ryan Fitzpatrick SUCKS.

Arky 11-01-2009 02:00 PM

We need some of them 6 pt'ers.....

C Brown for 2. 2nd and 8 coming up.

Moats carries it to the Bills 24. 1st down. About 1 minute left in the 3rd quarter.

Moats for 4 more.

End of 3rd quarter.

WMH 11-01-2009 02:08 PM

Is it just me, or does Moats hit the holes a whole hell of alot faster than Slaton?

IMO, Slaton is a playmaker with the ball in space (and when we doesn't fumble it), but Moats is slicing his way in there with every run.

My guess, we are going to see alot of him going forward if Slaton can't get his $hit together.

Arky 11-01-2009 02:09 PM

On 2nd and 6, Schaub hits KW for 10. 1st down at the Bills 11.

Moats runs it in from the 11!

Texans to go for 2...

Schaub's pass to AJ in the back of the endzone is good! 2 pts.

Texans 17, Bills 10

Whew! Let's go defense....

Arky 11-01-2009 02:15 PM

Bills ball at the 32.

Jackson for about 4.

Jackson for about 4. 3rd and 2 coming up.

Jackson for no gain so Bills to punt.

Bills try the fake but the Texans sniff it out! They're stopped short of the 1st down. Texans ball at the Bills 37.

WMH 11-01-2009 02:15 PM

I don't know why KC cut him, but I think Pollard is a keeper.

Arky 11-01-2009 02:18 PM

Pass to AJ goes inc. 2nd and 10 coming up.

Pass to AJ good for 15 and a 1st down. Ball at the Bills 22.

Moats for 4.

Moats for 21! Ball at the Bills 1 yard line. 1st down.

Moats for no gain. 2nd and goal.

Moats punches it in. Up the gut, even.....

Texans 24, Bills 10

HPF Bob 11-01-2009 02:20 PM

If you started Ryan Moats on your fantasy team this week, you need to go get a lotto ticket tonight.

chuck 11-01-2009 02:21 PM

Bruised chest and all AJ looked like Earl Campbell running over that safety.

sinnister 11-01-2009 02:24 PM

I am liking some Ryan Moats!!

Arky 11-01-2009 02:25 PM

This offense plays so well when they aren't turning it over.... Sometimes they look unstoppable...

Bills bring the kickoff back to their 29.

Lynch for 5.

Deep pass is INT'ed by Reeves. Flags thrown - players chippy.... Mario flagged for late hit. -15. Texans ball at their 34.

8:59 left in the game.

WOW....that Fitzpatrick guys really sucks. He reminds me of someone that I used to watch play...........

Didnt start him but he sure is killing me by stealing Schaub's TDs... Sucks for my fantasy team, but I'd rather see the Texans win any day. :D

Arky 11-01-2009 02:31 PM

Moats for 3.

Moats for 2. Moats 100 yards on the day. 3rd and 5 coming up.

HPF Bob 11-01-2009 02:33 PM

OMG! Now the slow white boy reverse works. Bills have given up.

HPF Bob 11-01-2009 02:36 PM

The only thing I'm still waiting for is some Texan to kick the ever-livin' snot out of Drayton Florence for that cheap shot he gave Schaub two years ago.

It was an end-around rather than a reverse, but yeah, before the play I was saying that the Texans could run any play in the playbook. And that's what they did, more or less. It was a well executed play with the fake dive to Moats. And Walter's not Edwin Moses or anything but he is plenty fast.

The Bills are terrible but the Texans are delivering a very solid half of football.

HPF Bob 11-01-2009 02:38 PM

Strange. No Slaton, no Daniels...and now we're dominating. Game ball to Ryan Moats. Outstanding!

TheMatrix31 11-01-2009 02:39 PM

I will bust a nut if we beat Indy next week.
